We were in a total last-second, fire-drill situation, and Eric helped us out big time. Late on a Friday afternoon, he helped me identify the correct replacement adapters, and got them in the UPS within the hour, directly to the convention center at which we were exhibiting. Then he followed up to ensure we received them and that we were using them correctly. I've worked with this company before. Excellent product and excellent service. Happy to recommend.

I lost my small adapter. I called the company and they were awesome about getting me a replacement. The lights are bright, light and ez to pack inside it’s small case.

This is a very nice power supply. Quality durable feel. Would be perfect if the two prongs that plug into the wall could fold back into the plastic case. It would then take up a little less space and fit better in the travel case.
